Sangha is a Sanskrit word meaning “community” — a gathering of like-hearted people walking the path together. Our Sangha Sessions are free, open studio hours for you to come as you are. Bring a friend, roll out your mat and play with your yoga practice just for fun — no rules, no right or wrong. Read a book in the courtyard, sip some tea, or pop in your headphones and flow with a class from our on-demand Bloom platform. Stay for five minutes or linger as long as you like.
