Tending the Inner World is a one-on-one guided journey inward — a personalized space to reconnect with your most aligned, authentic self. Through private sessions that weave together grounding practices like breathwork, somatic reflection, and intuitive inquiry, you'll gently explore the layers of your truth.
Each session is designed to help you release what no longer serves, strengthen your inner clarity, and nourish your emotional, mental, and energetic well-being. This is where transformation begins: not by seeking outside yourself, but by tending to the inner world within.

The Tending the Inner World Intro Session is the first step — and a required prerequisite before enrolling in the Shanti or Bhakti programs.
This 90-minute 1:1 session offers a gentle preview of the work we’ll do together. We’ll explore where you are, what you’re needing, and which program feels most supportive for your journey. You’ll experience elements of the practices used in the full 8-week container and leave with clarity on your next steps.

A Message from Your Facilitator
Hello there! I'm Faye — and this work is personal.
I spent years stuck in perfectionism, burnout, and disconnection from my own body. It wasn’t until I slowed down, got curious about my patterns, and began working with the breath, Ayurveda, somatic practices, and nervous system support that things truly shifted. I created this offering from that place — not of having it all figured out, but of having walked through the hard parts and found something beautiful on the other side.
As a yoga teacher, Ayurvedic wellness educator, and founder of Bloom Loft, I’m passionate about helping young women step into the most grounded, radiant, and aligned version of themselves. You don’t need to fix yourself. You just need space to return to who you’ve always been.
