Elaine Whae is a certified breathwork facilitator, energetics coach and sound healer dedicated to igniting the love of holistic wellness within the hearts of every being she connects with. Elaine has guided and supported numerous clients back to their remembrance of who they are, both in intimate 1:1 settings as well as in group ceremonies. Each of her sessions are designed to empower each person to awaken the body and soften the mind, teaching them to take steps towards their own inner healing. As a passionate artist at heart, she feels her calling is to bridge the gap between breathwork and creatives as it has truly transformed her craft and artistry. It is Elaine’s mission to touch people’s lives with this energy work and remind people how powerful they truly are.
